- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) and possess 3-5 years of experience in customer service or client management, ideally in legal or medical retrieval.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively resolve complex issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with the physical capability to lift up to 10 pounds and focus on detailed documents.
