Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Distribute reports to suppliers such as EDI, Reschedules, Forecasts, etc
Receive and Process PO requests.
Enter reschedule responses from Suppliers into E10.
Purchasing responsibility for lesser complex commodities and non-inventory items.
What Skills You Need (Required Skills/experiences)
1 or more years’ experience in Purchasing, Supply Management, or Data Entry
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel). V-look ups
Working knowledge of ERP systems
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired Skills/experiences)
Ability to analyze data and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability in relationship building and interpersonal communications.
Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process – Purchasing, Planning, and Production processes.
Knowledge of Epicor E10 ERP System
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Minimum: Associates Degree in Business/Supply Management or related field or equivalent experience.
Top 3 Skill Sets
AGILE experience to approve changes. Ability to learn these systems.
Data Entry experience- update PO's
Report running
Purchasing background at an entry level only. NO ADVANCED purchasing as this is a Jr. Role
