Production Associate – All Shifts (Entry-Level)
Cato, NY | Full-time, Temp To Hire | $16.50 – $20.00 per hour

About the Role
Kelly Services is hiring Production Associates in Cato, NY. This company is a trusted producer of high-quality nutrition bars for national distribution and is expanding its team due to growth.
This is an entry-level opportunity. No prior manufacturing experience required. We’re looking for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the safe, accurate, and efficient production of nutrition bars
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate production line equipment (training provided)
- Monitor product quality and report issues
- Perform rework and repackaging as needed
- Support one or more of the following areas:
- Slab Line Associate – Feed product onto slab line, prevent stoppages
- Sorters – Reload bars onto conveyors, manage product during downtime
- Packing – Package products per specifications
- Palletizer – Stack finished cartons onto pallets per job specs
Shift Availability
Monday–Friday
- 4am-12:30pm
- 7am-3:45pm
- 8:30am-5pm
- 2:45pm-11pm
- 11pm- 7:30am
All shifts available (shift assignments may vary based on business needs)
8-hour shifts
Pay & Benefits
$16.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on shift and experience)
