- Processing a high volume of incoming tickets from internal team members
- Maintaining and updating pricing on spare parts, and ensuring accurate product and workflow information
- Following up on outstanding pricing and part set-up requests to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborating with Central Purchasing, Production, and other internal departments to gather part information and maintain lead times
- Responding promptly and professionally to escalated situations, utilizing appropriate tools and internal documents
- Maintaining an organized work environment and efficiently managing multiple screens and administrative tasks
- Have previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Have experience handling a large volume of emails and communicating with patience and diplomacy
- Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP or other CRM systems is a plus
- Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree or equivalent education preferred)
- Can maintain professionalism and a positive rapport with internal clients, following established procedures and guidelines
