What’s a typical day as Warehouse Picker Packer? You’ll be:

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing incoming and outgoing shipments, assisting with receiving activities
• Labeling, packaging, and staging materials for shipment
• Tracking inventory and maintaining accurate documentation
• Using internal systems (ERP/WMS) for order and inventory tracking (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following all quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Providing support to other departments and warehouse functions as needed
  
  

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Are seeking an entry-level, hands-on role—training provided, no experience necessary
• Have previous warehouse, logistics, or order-picking experience (a plus, not required)
• Can lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Possess basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Bring a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Can follow instructions and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
• Are bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
