  • Schedule: 8:00AM–5:00PM
  • Duration: 2–3 months Contract (Temporary Assignment)

What’s a typical day as a Payroll Coordinator? You will:

  • Support bi-weekly and/or weekly payroll processing activities under the direction of senior payroll staff
  • Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, including hours, earnings, deductions, and employee changes
  • Enter and audit payroll adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle items as directed
  • Assist with payroll reporting, including generating standard and custom reports for internal stakeholders
  • Respond to basic employee payroll inquiries and route complex issues appropriately
  • Support reconciliation activities and post-payroll audits
  • Maintain payroll documentation and support internal controls
  • Adhere to confidentiality requirements and data security standards
