What You’ll Do
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Customer Service shared inbox
- Assign orders and route requests to the correct internal departments
- Download, prepare, and ship software packages as required
- Maintain clear, professional email communication with customers and peers
- Process quotes, orders, and updates with high accuracy
- Use SAP and internal systems to log and manage customer requests
- Follow established customer communication standards and policies
- Support fast-paced service operations with a positive, customer-first mindset
- Previous customer service experience required (email-based preferred)
- Strong written communication accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Patient, professional, and solution-driven approach to service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP/CRM experience a plus
- Ability to work 100% on-site to support time-sensitive requests
- High School Diploma required; further education preferred
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
- $19.00–$20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
- Long-Term Temp with potential for hire based on performance
