Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies
- Adjust, calibrate, and align components and assemblies
- Verify accurate assembly and functionality of equipment
- Follow testing procedures, specifications, and verbal instructions
- Maintain accurate repair records electronically and manually
- Utilize hand tools including soldering irons, wire strippers/cutters, and screwdrivers
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Provide high-quality support to customers, OEMs, and manufacturer representatives
- Associate degree or 2 years of related experience preferred
- Ability to acquire basic product knowledge
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Experience working with electronics or mechanical assemblies is a plus
