We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join a growing global infrastructure team supporting enterprise network operations across the Americas region. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong Cisco networking expertise who thrives in fast-paced logistics or warehouse environments and enjoys working across large-scale enterprise networks, datacenters, and site deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites
- Conduct site surveys and support new site deployments, refreshes, and upgrades
- Support LAN/WAN, Wireless, Security, SD-WAN, and VOIP network environments
- Perform network maintenance, patching, configuration changes, and troubleshooting
- Provide Level 3 support for network incidents across sites and datacenters
- Lead multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously from planning through implementation
- Collaborate with global IT teams throughout the project lifecycle, including procurement, testing, documentation, and ongoing support
- Monitor network performance using enterprise network management tools
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Participate in Change Management and CAB meetings while following ITIL-based processes
- Support network operations during scheduled maintenance windows and on-call rotations
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and implementation records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of enterprise network engineering experience
- Strong Cisco routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure experience
- Experience supporting large-scale network deployments in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with:
- Routers
- Switches
- Wireless access points
- Firewalls
- VOIP technologies
- Experience with routing protocols, SD-WAN, and network troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience following change management and change control processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environments
- CCNA certification preferred (CCNP is a plus)
- Experience with Velocloud SD-WAN
- Experience with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, or FortiGate firewalls
- Network segmentation experience
- Exposure to cloud migration initiatives
- Experience with automation and network monitoring tools

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
