Motorcycle Assembly Operator

INDIAN MOTORCYCLE, in partnership with Kelly Services, is currently recruiting for Assembly Operators in their Spirit Lake, IA location.

This position is onsite in Spirit Lake, IA.

Pay: $19.76 per hour
Bonuses: Up to $2,500 in your first year
1st Shift: Monday-Friday (must be available for OT as needed)

What does a typical day as an Assembly Operator at Indian Motorcycle look like? The position requires the use and operation of various power tools, hoists, and production equipment. You will perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components on Indian Motorcycles in a fast paced and repetitive environment. You will also perform checks and inspections to ensure excellent quality as you will have a direct impact, working as part of a team, to improve processes.

Job Qualifications:

• This job requires you to lift up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs., be able to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, reach overhead and perform strong pinch and grip.
• Stand/walk at least 8 hours per day.
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, Assembly, or other relevant work experience preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing and able to work overtime
