Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering information and personalized assistance as they navigate their purchasing process.
- Outbound Sales: Reach out proactively to warm leads, building relationships and closing sales to further support our women's health initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Keep accurate records in our CRM system, documenting all interactions and sales activities to ensure a seamless experience for our members.
- Sales Goals: Aim to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by utilizing effective sales techniques that resonate with our mission.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our services and the latest trends in women’s health to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
- Proven sales experience in both inbound and outbound roles; experience in a contact center is not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections with ease.
- Self-motivated, positive, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
