Description:
The Marketing Medical Information Specialist will be responsible for executing differentiated content strategies for innovative content designed for global and omni-channel consumption, as well as other operational processes and tasks within the team. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, a scientific background, creative abilities, and strong stakeholder engagement to help ensure high-quality content delivery.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Innovative Content Creation & Maintenance: Develop innovative digital content for various customer types.
- Departmental & Strategic Support: Collaborate with internal partners to fulfill innovative content needs.
- Quality Checks of Scientific Content.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Science, Information Technology, or Business.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical information support, or innovative content creation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer support staff.
- Availability for ad-hoc support during launches and hypercare periods (may require flexible hours).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign); comfortable creating scientific infographics and interactive content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfortable building and interpreting reports.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
