- Ensure marketing initiatives promote employee awareness of company information and activities.
- Recommend and support the best methods and types of marketing or communication tools to reinforce key messages.
- Utilize creative concepts and writing skills to effectively market programs or solutions to employees and customers while reinforcing the company brand.
- Support planned marketing activities for internal and external customers, incorporating relevant subject matter into communications.
- Ensure marketing and communications activities meet internal customers’ timing and objectives, considering potential impacts on other planned communications.
- Apply various marketing strategies to successfully engage the target audience.
- Participate in community events to enhance the company's reputation and brand presence.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related area (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of technical or professional experience in marketing or communications.
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer software programs (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, and project management tools).
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to bring marketing ideas from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with event management and sponsorships.
- Understanding of short and long-term marketing plan development, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse work environment.
