Job Summary
The Machine Operator will set up and operate equipment that converts large rolls of paperboard into sheets and/or coats and laminates rolls of paperboard to film, foil, or other rolls of paperboard. The goal is to manufacture products that meet the highest quality standards while maintaining optimum machine speed.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery for converting and coating paperboard.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Experience working with heavy equipment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating heavy machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
- Experience in sheeting, coating, laminating, printing, or a similar industry is a plus.
- Basic math skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- Must live within 25 miles of our facility in North Andover, MA.
