Job Duties
- Assemble 2-way radios and components
- Scan work orders and parts
- Attach labels and components
- Use a torque gun
- Inspect and test finished products
- Pack products for shipping
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Cross-train in multiple roles
- No experience required — training provided
- Basic ability to follow instructions
- Stand/move throughout the shift
- Lift up to 35 lbs. independently and 50 lbs. with team lift
- Assembly experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
