We are seeking an Logistics Project Manager to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Frederick, MD. This is an on-site position.

TASKS/SERVICES:
- Schedules required organizational activities to enable the IRF-Frederick to conduct research, care for research subjects and protect government property.
- Provides both planning for, and where appropriate, execution of, critical operations including travel planning, visitor requests to access secure areas, on-boarding new scientific staff, and other duties as assigned.
- Coordinates with data managers and scientists to plan and execute operational activities and track data elements related to workforce, space / facility planning, and operational SharePoint (and other tracking system) workflows.
- Advises the IRF-Frederick Associate Director for Management about operational timelines, requirements, and quality improvement actions.
- Conducts special projects as assigned by the IRF-Frederick Associate Director for Management to develop new, or improve existing, operations throughout IRF-Frederick.
- Drafts and submits Government-approved documentation for a variety of operational functions required to plan and execute essential and complex scientific work.
- As needed and approved by the Government, drafts, transmits, and presents information to the IRF-Frederick workforce about operating procedures, timelines, new requirements, and other time-sensitive information.
- Serves as back-up support to the Operations Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of administrative and executive support experience
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
