Kelly Services is hiring a Logistics Administrative Assistant (External Logistics) in Farmington, CT!

If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting operations in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a strong entry point into logistics and supply chain. You’ll support external logistics workflows, manage data and documentation, and help ensure compliance across domestic and international operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and order updates following internal protocols
  • Perform daily data entry to track compliance and tariff reporting activities
  • Support logistics workflows including shipment coordination and PO processing
  • Manage and respond to shared logistics inbox inquiries and route escalations
  • Assist with invoice processing in Kofax and vendor payment workflows
  • Maintain accurate records for import/export documentation and logistics activity
  • Review documentation and machine folders for completeness and accuracy
  • Support coordinators with communication, problem resolution, and workflow tracking

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or logistics support roles
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and accuracy
  • Ability to manage high-volume data entry and multiple workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred
  • Experience with invoice processing or AP workflows is a plus
  • Understanding of logistics, import/export, or compliance processes preferred

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
  • Hybrid Schedule
  • $25.00–$28.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
  • Long-Term Temp (Potential for Extension)
