Kelly Services is hiring a Logistics Administrative Assistant (External Logistics) in Farmington, CT!
If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting operations in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a strong entry point into logistics and supply chain. You’ll support external logistics workflows, manage data and documentation, and help ensure compliance across domestic and international operations.

You’ll support external logistics workflows, manage data and documentation, and help ensure compliance across domestic and international operations.
What You’ll Do
- Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and order updates following internal protocols
- Perform daily data entry to track compliance and tariff reporting activities
- Support logistics workflows including shipment coordination and PO processing
- Manage and respond to shared logistics inbox inquiries and route escalations
- Assist with invoice processing in Kofax and vendor payment workflows
- Maintain accurate records for import/export documentation and logistics activity
- Review documentation and machine folders for completeness and accuracy
- Support coordinators with communication, problem resolution, and workflow tracking
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or logistics support roles
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and accuracy
- Ability to manage high-volume data entry and multiple workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred
- Experience with invoice processing or AP workflows is a plus
- Understanding of logistics, import/export, or compliance processes preferred
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
- Hybrid Schedule
- $25.00–$28.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
