Position Summary

Are you passionate about people and skilled at training, building workplace culture, and helping others succeed? The HR Coordinator is responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive store culture through creative Team Member engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and comprehensive HR support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and fostering a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a variety of Team Member engagement and recognition events, collaborating with senior HR leadership and store management (e.g., summer cookouts, holiday parties).
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new Team Members.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries, directing requests as appropriate.
  • Assist with HRIS transactions including processing employee hires, terminations, and job changes.
  • Track and administer HR programs, such as employee service awards and recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain daily records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems, including electronic file management and scanning documents.
  • Manage time and attendance processes to ensure accurate scheduling and payroll for Team Members.
  • Lead and facilitate store engagement activities to promote a positive and collaborative workplace.
  • Participate in various projects to support HR and store objectives as assigned.
  • Positively promote customer loyalty programs, credit cards, and other company initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • 2 years of HR administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
