The HR Coordinator is responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive store culture through creative Team Member engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and comprehensive HR support. Position Summary

The HR Coordinator is responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive store culture through creative Team Member engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and comprehensive HR support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and fostering a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate a variety of Team Member engagement and recognition events, collaborating with senior HR leadership and store management (e.g., summer cookouts, holiday parties).
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new Team Members.
- Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries, directing requests as appropriate.
- Assist with HRIS transactions including processing employee hires, terminations, and job changes.
- Track and administer HR programs, such as employee service awards and recognition initiatives.
- Maintain daily records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems, including electronic file management and scanning documents.
- Manage time and attendance processes to ensure accurate scheduling and payroll for Team Members.
- Lead and facilitate store engagement activities to promote a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Participate in various projects to support HR and store objectives as assigned.
- Positively promote customer loyalty programs, credit cards, and other company initiatives.
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- 2 years of HR administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
