If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in import/export compliance, this role offers the opportunity to support and strengthen global logistics operations. You’ll play a key role in developing compliance programs, mitigating risk, and ensuring adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, document, and maintain import/export compliance policies and procedures
- Audit and update SOPs to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, EAR, and ITAR regulations
- Support compliance work plans and conduct audits and process reviews
- Assist with export licensing and documentation for international shipments
- Support CTPAT initiatives and compliance programs
- Train logistics teams on compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor tariff classifications using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain compliance and import/export operations
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, CTPAT, and U.S. Customs regulations
- Experience in manufacturing or global shipping environments preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication and training skills

- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time
- Hybrid Schedule | 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- $78,000–$106,200/year DOE
