Position Responsibilities
- Lead the development of metrics, scorecards, and reporting for assigned functions.
- Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and reports.
- Provide FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) support as needed.
- Serve as a business partner on accounting and finance-related questions.
- Participate in the preparation of annual operating and strategic plans.
- Update monthly forecasts; communicate changes and potential risks.
- Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities.
- Deliver financial analysis and modeling support for business requests.
- Support project work across various financial disciplines.
- Participate in broader finance-wide projects as required by business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- MBA or CPA/CMA certification preferred.
- Three or more years of professional business and financial experience.
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP or similar financial software preferred.
- Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to manage ambiguity and build effective relationships.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in analytics and benchmarking.
