Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Typical shift: 8 hours
- Flexible start time: between 5:45 AM and 7:00 AM
- Fabricate & Assemble: Work independently to build and wire control panels—including drilling, tapping, and installing components into metal/plastic panels.
- Custom & Prototype Assembly: Support prototype projects and work directly with engineers, even when documentation is minimal.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Set up, test, and troubleshoot basic equipment, tools, and product issues.
- Quality Standards: Meet efficiency and quality targets.
- Versatility: Recognize and work with different components across production areas as needed.
- Reporting Issues: Identify and report any discrepancies in materials, drawings, inventory, or equipment.
- Computer Skills: Use IFS (ERP system), Microsoft Teams, and Outlook to complete job tasks.
- Previous hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial assembly, especially in control panel construction, is a plus.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams is preferred but not required if you have solid mechanical/electrical aptitude.
- Experience with basic hand and power tools (drilling, tapping, basic fabrication).
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, reliability, and willingness to learn and cross-train.
- Comfortable using computer-based systems to clock in/out and manage tasks.
