- Assisting in event planning and coordination for alumni and donor events
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the College of Arts and Science Dean’s office
- Maintaining guest and RSVP lists and supporting events on site
- Conducting post-event follow-up and coordinating travel and appointments with prospects
- Supporting annual fund mailings and managing donor databases and reports
- Providing back-up support for the Development and External Relations Coordinator
- Possess excellent organization and communication skills
- Demonstrate extreme attention to detail in all tasks
- Have experience in administrative support, event planning, or donor relations (preferred but not required)
- Are comfortable managing databases and handling confidential information
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
