- Reviewing plans for accuracy and uploading to field personnel
- Maintaining strict documentation and adherence to work instructions
- Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or above preferred)
- Possess a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in Salesforce, Materialize MIMICS, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Are proficient in English and meet visual acuity requirements
