Data Entry Specialist (Temporary, 4-6 Weeks)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85258 (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Project Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a 4–6 week project. The main responsibility will be to assist in the migration of performance reviews from our old HRIS system to Workday by downloading, renaming, and saving documents according to our established protocol. This role plays a critical part in preparing our records for upload to Workday.

Key Details
- Onsite/Hybrid: Expectation of 3–4 days per week in the office. Open to 1–2 days remote, but request full onsite attendance during the first week to facilitate onboarding and assessment.
- Responsibilities:
- Download 3 years of performance reviews from legacy HRIS
- Save files to a secure drive using a standard naming convention
- Maintain accuracy and organization of digital records
- Requirements:
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to focus and perform well with repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working under project deadlines
