Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to support a high-volume data entry and data management function. This position will be responsible for entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel and other business systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and strong Excel skills, along with the ability to work efficiently while handling repetitive, high-volume tasks.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks.
- Manage and organize data entry tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding data-related issues.
- Handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of detail.
- Assist with data management functions as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with applications such as Salesforce and Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
