- Use DMV Terminal and MS Office tools.
- Ensure compliance and quality in all work.
- Collaborate with team and support customer needs.
- Adapt quickly to changes and remain professional under pressure.
- High school diploma required; business degree preferred.
- 2-4 years in case management, admin support, or customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office equipment.
- Knowledge of DMV procedures a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
