We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the backend systems for connected vehicle services. In this role, you will monitor system performance, analyze data, create reports, and provide insights to help improve operations. Power BI is a required skill for this position.
Responsibilities
- Monitor backend system performance and identify issues.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Azure data sources.
- Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Identify trends and provide operational insights.
- Work with technical and business teams to support reporting and data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with Power BI (Required).
- Experience working with Azure data and SQL.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platform or application monitoring.
- Experience using monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Splunk, Datadog, or similar.
- Experience supporting cloud-based applications or backend systems.
This is a hybrid position located in Franklin, TN. Local candidates only; candidates must be able to work onsite as required.
Salary : $25 - $32
