- Assisting Customer Sales Representatives with day-to-day operations management, ensuring world-class customer service.
- Handling inbound calls, working with vendors to obtain information and documents, and performing data entry.
- Building valuable relationships with internal and external customers through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Have a team player attitude and can collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
- Possess strong multitasking skills and are eager to expand your knowledge of the transportation industry.
- Are comfortable working with new technology software and are competent in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
