Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Warehouse

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (overtime and occasional weekends required)

$19.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding orders, shipments, and inventory
• Process orders, returns, and shipping documentation accurately in warehouse systems
• Track and update shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery
• Resolve customer inquiries, discrepancies, and issues efficiently
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations and workflow
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Flexibility for overtime and occasional weekend shifts
