Collections Specialist (Hybrid) – Potential for Permanent Conversion

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to past due accounts via phone and email to collect outstanding balances.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective verbal and written communication.
• Follow up regularly with clients until past due balances are resolved.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while prioritizing workload efficiently.
• Research and resolve client issues regarding past due accounts.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone communications with clients.
• Assist with accounting support tickets and email requests from both clients and internal teams.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle several accounts at once.
• Client-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred.
