- Communicating with customers, warehouse associates, drivers, and leadership to ensure efficient operations
- Performing accurate data entry related to warehouse movements using SAP and other systems of record
- Identifying and resolving shipment discrepancies such as shortages or overages
- Completing daily operations reports and supporting ISO-9001 Quality certification processes
- Following all workplace processes and standards to maintain a safe and compliant environment
- Have excellent computer skills (preferred)
- Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and are able to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Are dependable and consistently punctual
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Are comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse dock environment, able to stand or walk for 6 hours, and able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs
- Can adhere to company policies regarding security, confidentiality, and data protection
