Consumer Engagement Specialist

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Consumer Engagement Specialist to join our Communications team. In this role, you'll be responding to consumer inquiries and building lasting relationships.

Location: Austin, MN.

100% In-Person

Pay: $21.65/hour

Hours: 40hrs – (work hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) May be required to work more hours, if needed.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and more, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Professionally respond to a variety of consumer questions about specific products, to include all advertising and promotions associated with each product.
• Learn all about our product lines and help customers find the perfect solutions.
