Responsibilities
- Properly prepare metal surfaces for powder coating (cleaning, masking, and pre-treatment)
- Apply powder coatings using spray guns to ensure even coverage and smooth finishes
- Inspect finished products to maintain high-quality standards
- Rack, hang, and unload parts efficiently while preventing defects
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting coating equipment
- Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed
