Location: Tulsa, OK (initial training onsite, then remote)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for training
Compensation: $17.00/hour > $17.75/hour once hired

Position: Claims Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK (initial training onsite, then remote)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for training
Compensation: $17.00/hour > $17.75/hour once hired
Training
- Minimum 8 weeks, 100% onsite
- Flexible schedule after training—8-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Paid training
- After 6-8 weeks, transition to remote work (high-speed internet required at home)
- Process complex claims requiring investigation and coding
- Resolve pending claims promptly
- Make adjustments and utilize multiple software applications
- Sit at a cubicle for extended periods
- Participate in webcam meetings (webcam provided) once remote
- This is not a customer service position; no phone calls with members
- This is not just data entry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient computer skills (basic typing, toolbar navigation)
- Ability to navigate between multiple programs at once
- Solid data entry skills (7,000 keystrokes/hour)
- 6 months office clerical, medical, or insurance claims experience
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Able to make independent decisions
- Adaptable and highly engaged
- Member-focused
- Capable of meeting/exceeding quality and production expectations
