- Identifying and processing adjustments for incorrectly processed claims according to department guidelines.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent and possess 2 years of customer service experience, including 1 year of claims or appeals processing; or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, and have good spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.
- Are proficient in basic business math and can handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
