- Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer problems and assisting with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of work experience.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong human relations and organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
- Are proficient in basic computer operating skills and have knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (preferred).
