What You’ll Do
- Assist homeowners with questions, schedule appointments, and ensure every customer feels heard and valued.
- Tackle customer issues with innovative solutions that leave smiles behind.
- Keep up to date with the latest home improvement technologies and services.
- Work closely with our sales and installation teams to keep communication flowing smoothly.
- Track interactions, inquiries, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collect customer insights to help us improve our products and services.
- Occasionally attend home shows and festivals (weekend availability required).
- Previous experience in customer support is a must; home improvement experience is a bonus!
- Know how to schedule and confirm appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Impress us with clear, professional, and friendly communication.
- Analyze issues, find solutions, and deliver outstanding results.
- Connect with customers and handle challenges with a positive attitude.
- Juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- Work seamlessly with a collaborative and supportive team.
- Comfortable with CRM software, databases, and other digital tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are a bonus!
