- Opening sales orders for all purchase orders received in NAV
- Submitting quote requests and securing the best pricing for materials
- Creating and reviewing purchase requisitions for accuracy and completion
- Placing orders for requisitioned items to ensure timely procurement
- Reconciling open order reports for weekly update meetings with customers and the manufacturing planner
- Answering phones and providing information using strong customer service skills for both internal and external customers
- Providing daily updates on shipped orders
- Have prior experience in data entry, procurement, or purchasing roles (must have)
- Are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills (must have)
- Possess excellent customer service and communication abilities (must have)
- Are proficient with spreadsheet software and order management systems, such as NAV (preferred)
- Are available to work 40 hours per week with no overtime required
