What You'll Do
- Open and close client files while maintaining accurate electronic and paper records.
- Coordinate conflict checks and prepare engagement letters.
- Draft, edit, and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Maintain case files and assist with discovery and litigation support.
- Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, and case timelines.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Provide administrative and legal support for Business, Real Estate, Probate, and Litigation matters.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm.
- Litigation experience is REQUIRED.
- Experience supporting Business, Real Estate, or Probate Law is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of motions, discovery, court rules, deadlines, and legal procedures in New Hampshire.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with Filevine or LMS is a plus.
