What You’ll Do
- Accurately enter and process high-volume billing data
- Review, verify, and validate contract and billing information
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and rejections
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Provide professional support via phone and email to customers and internal stakeholders
- Assist with general administrative tasks and cross-functional projects
- Support team training and contribute to process improvements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of data entry or billing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Solid math skills and basic understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains or Salesforce is a plus
