We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish/English) to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity (6–7 months) with an ASAP start, supporting day-to-day HR operations and partnering closely with leadership.
This role requires someone who is comfortable being a hands-on, front-line HR resource for both employees and managers.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, full-time hours
- 2 days per week: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexibility required)
- Remaining days follow standard business hours
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day HR support across a range of functions including onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and performance support
- Act as a go-to resource for employees and supervisors, addressing questions and resolving workplace concerns
- Partner with HR leadership to execute initiatives and support ongoing people strategies
- Assist with internal investigations and help ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up
- Organize and support employee engagement efforts, meetings, and events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Compile and analyze HR data to support reporting and decision-making
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Help ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- 3–5 years of HR generalist experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or similar operational environment is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
