Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic assembly of electronic or mechanical components on production lines
- Follow standard work instructions, SOPs, and assembly guidelines
- Inspect parts and assembled units for defects or quality issues
- Ensure correct placement and handling of materials and components
- Maintain production output targets and efficiency standards
- Report any assembly errors, equipment issues, or material shortages
- Stand/walk/bend/squat/lift up to 40 lbs. throughout shift
- Support production team with line balancing and general tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months–1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of assembly or production processes is a plus
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment
