Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift)

What You'll Do
As an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in building quality products that meet our customers' expectations. Responsibilities include:
- Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions.
- Inspect parts and components before assembly and identify unacceptable materials.
- Perform in-process testing to ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Assist the Line Foreman as needed to support production goals.
- Complete production documentation, including:
- Material move tickets
- Inspection reports
- In-process tags
- Reject tags
- Rework orders
- Corrective Action Reports
- Learn and utilize company computer systems for production documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand, air, and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Dependable attendance and excellent work habits
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50–75 pounds
- Competitive starting pay of $20 per hour
