Key Responsibilities
- Complete and follow all required paperwork, documents, and procedures for department
- Apply Epoxy, labels, and seals
- Bundle, box, bag & pack product
- Small and big Harness Assembly
- Operate a heat gun, automated tie gun, and braid machine
- Set grommets
- Solder dipping, battery lugs
- Spot weld
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or assembly preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs. intermittently
- Must be able to bend, squat, stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Very bright, clean working environment
- Laid back culture
- Medical and dental insurance (Employee only pays 25% of the premium)
- Group Life and AD&D insurance in the amount of $15,000 to all eligible employees at no additional cost.
- 401k plan (Company matches $.30 to each dollar up to 6% of contribution.)
