About the Role
We are seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to build scalable technology solutions supporting digital marketing, customer acquisition, content discovery, and subscriber growth. This role combines software engineering, distributed systems, data engineering, and AI to develop automation and intelligent solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered automation for campaign creation, scheduling, optimization, and reporting using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Develop integrations with advertising technology platforms for campaign activation and delivery.
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines for real-time measurement, attribution, and performance analytics.
- Build campaign management tools and workflows that enable optimization and continuous iteration.
- Develop multi-agent systems and AI copilots that streamline campaign ideation through performance reporting.
- Partner with Applied Scientists to support ML-powered capabilities such as audience optimization and incrementality measurement.
- Build monitoring, alerting, and reliability solutions to ensure high availability of marketing operations.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.
- 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
- 2 years of experience working with big data technologies such as AWS, Spark, or Hadoop.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or Python.
- Strong experience with AWS services, including Step Functions, S3, Redshift, Lambda, and EMR.
- Experience building and supporting distributed systems.
- Experience developing data pipelines and data-intensive applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing AI-native applications or intelligent automation.
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, agentic frameworks, or multi-agent systems.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock or similar AI platforms.
- Experience with advertising technology, marketing technology, MarTech, or campaign management platforms.
- Experience with AWS Clean Rooms.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience working with large-scale marketing, customer, or advertising data.
