- Assisting with the accounts payable cycle, including invoice entry for inventory, non-inventory, utilities, and leases
- Performing three-way match for invoice entry and ensuring timely AP payments for multiple business units
- Maintaining vendor records in accordance with established company policies
- Serving as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues
- Researching and assisting the AP Supervisor with new projects and scope expansion for the AP Shared Services team
- Adhering to compliance requirements and supporting internal and external control environments
- Executing tasks in alignment with key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Have experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role (must have)
- Are familiar with AP cycles, three-way matching, and vendor maintenance procedures
- Have prior experience working with ERP systems (preferred)
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Are comfortable following established procedures and SOX compliance requirements
- Thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
