Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for:
* Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
* Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
* Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
* Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
* 1 years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience required
* Excellent verbal and written communicator
* Customer service focus
* MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required
* Ability to travel up to 10% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events are also required
Candidates must have the ability to work full time onsite at the Kelly Education Office Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
