Our Kelly Education Fulfillment Coordinator is accountable for:
- Managing the order life cycle, including taking and filling orders, and resolving assignment-related issues
- Placing talent in open positions and completing check-ins upon activation
- Achieving fulfillment objectives by providing exceptional service to both customers and talent
- Striving to meet and exceed service delivery goals and customer expectations
Essential Skills and Experiences:
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Customer service focus
- MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Seeking minimum of 1 year of customer service or Education experience. This is an onsite position at our local Cherry Hill, NJ Kelly branch. The Fulfillment Coordinator will be required to sit onsite at the branch 2-3 days/week.
Base compensation range: $45,000 - $50,000
