We’re looking for an Integrated Planning Supervisor who will oversee the cross-channel media planning process on numerous key accounts. You will facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration between disciplines to deliver a cohesive strategy and seamless execution. As the day-to-day contact for multiple clients, you will manage (and exceed) expectations, instill trust and ensure ongoing alignment. Your vested interest in each team member will drive the highest quality output – work that truly works.

The ways you will make an impact:

  • Collaborate on high level strategy development to inform cross-channel planning
  • Deliver evidence-based media solutions that are uniquely tailored to client’s objectives
  • Guide the planning process and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverable commitments
  • Provide daily counsel to clients and serve as a primary tactical liaison
  • Take ownership of the team’s work, delegate and manage workflow; ensure quality control
  • Supervise and develop team members; maintain always-on communication and coaching
  • Offer proactive, forward thinking and a constant stream of ideas
  • Build and leverage relationships with media vendors; explore new partnership opportunities
  • Manage client billing process and ensure timely deliverables
  • Step up, speak up and soak it up

Experience you should bring:

  • 3 years of experience in cross-channel media planning
  • 1 year(s) of supervising direct reports including mentoring and setting goals for direct reports
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with media planning, buying and technology platforms including, but not limited, to Lumina, MRI-Simmons, Prisma, Scarborough, Telmar, and Vivvix
  • Experience in these platforms preferred: Commspoint, Comscore, GeoPath, Media Ocean, Nielsen, Pathmatics, Placer.AI, Point Logic, SpyFu. SQAD, Mintel
  • Strong ability to interpret data and provide recommendations on strategies and tactics based on research findings
  • Digital and traditional executional capabilities and experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills and the ability to create strategic and compelling plan recommendations
  • Confidence to effectively manage client relationships with critical plan evaluation and strong negotiation skills
  • Experience overseeing reporting and being able to craft succinct observations and insights to help accelerate business goals and objectives
  • Capability to handle multiple clients or brands as a supervising lead
  • Experience utilizing data and technology to guide and drive the media plan development process
  • Experience working with or completing client and vendor billing
