Kelly Engineering is partnering with an innovative medical technology manufacturer to identify a Senior Project Engineer, Electrical who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while leading cross-functional product development from concept through commercialization.
This isn't a traditional Project Manager role.
It's an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to remain hands-on technically while leading projects, influencing engineering decisions, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative electromechanical products.

🚀 What You'll Do
✔ Lead electromechanical product development projects from concept through commercialization.
✔ Serve as the electrical engineering technical lead across the product lifecycle.
✔ Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, suppliers, and external design partners.
✔ Participate in design reviews, prototyping, verification, validation, and product commercialization.
✔ Drive technical decisions while helping projects stay on schedule and within budget.
✔ Support manufacturing process improvements and supplier qualification.
✔ Ensure products meet FDA, ISO, GMP, and internal quality requirements.
✅ What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience developing electromechanical products.
• Experience leading technical product development projects.
• Experience with Altium or similar electrical design software.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

⭐ Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience.
⭐ FDA, ISO, or GMP experience.
⭐ Agile, MasterControl, or similar PDM systems.
⭐ Experience working with external design partners.
